How to INSTALL
1. put rom onto your MICRO SD CARD
2. boot into CWM
3. GOTO- backup and restore/backup/Go Back
4. GOTO- mounts and storage/format cache/format system/format data/Go Back
5. GOTO- install zip from sd card/ choose zip from sdcard
6. CHOOSE THE FILE "XWLPG.SalmanRom_v2"/ yes- Install XWLPG.SalmanRom_v2.zip7. Go back to main menu and press reboot system now

Mongkol Borei District (Khmer: ស្រុកមង្គលបុរី) is a district (srok) in the south of Banteay Meanchey Province, in north-western Cambodia.
